Remember this big roll of wool "ensemble" my supervisor gave me before I left Japan?
After half a year of being a bum, I finally got my act together and after sewing for a couple weeks...
It's now a brand new wool kimono. Yay!
I used the exact same instructions as for a yukata, so technically it's a little unorthodox, but you can't tell unless you look inside at the seams. Too bad it has just become June and too hot to wear it. No fear, I still have roll of yukata fabric the town office gave me as a farewell present for a next sewing project.
